Refund policy

Any and all canceled orders, whether due to a mistake or a change of mind, will result in a 5% restocking fee.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! No refunds or returns will be accepted.

We do not accept cancellation requests once the product has been shipped from our store.

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:
The customer is responsible for both the original and return shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from the original purchase price of the item, including all applicable taxes. The product must be in its original packaging and condition as purchased. Once the item is returned to our store, a CMX representative will inspect it for any damage. If no damage is found, we will process the refund. If any damage is identified during the inspection, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the refund value.

All sales of consumables are final and are non-returnable.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@cmxoutdoors.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Price adjustments do not apply to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Boxing Day offers.
