20-Minute Air Fryer Steak Bites & Fries
Ingredients:
- 1 premium ribeye steak
- ¼ lb Cavendish French fries (frozen)
- 1–2 broccolini stalks
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for steak)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for fries)
- Hardcore Carnivore Black seasoning
- Heath Riles Garlic Butter seasoning (about 2 tbsp)
- Butter (for sautéing broccolini)
- Blues Hog BBQ sauce (optional)
- Spicy fry sauce (for serving)
Prep the Steak Bites
Slice the ribeye into pieces roughly 1" x 2". Place in a medium mixing bowl and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle Hardcore Carnivore Black over the pieces while mixing to achieve an even, light coating. Set aside.
Preheat the Air Fryer
Set the air fryer to 400°F on Air Fry.
Season the Fries
In a separate bowl, add the frozen Cavendish fries. Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil. Add about 2 tbsp Heath Riles Garlic Butter seasoning while tossing to coat evenly.
Start the Fries
Once the air fryer is preheated, place the fries into one drawer. Set the timer to 20 minutes, shaking the basket often to prevent clumping and ensure even crisping.
Cook the Broccolini
While the fries are cooking, warm a skillet over medium heat. Melt a small amount of butter. Sauté 1–2 broccolini until they reach a vibrant deep green and are slightly tender. Set aside.
Cook the Steak Bites
When the fries have about 10 minutes left, place the seasoned steak bites into the second air fryer drawer. Shake the basket often during cooking. Cook to desired doneness: 10 minutes yields approximately medium-well. Adjust up or down based on preference.
Plate & Serve
Remove the fries and steak bites. Drizzle steak bites with Blues Hog BBQ sauce, if desired. Plate with sautéed broccolini. Serve fries with spicy fry sauce.
20-Minute Short Ribs (Air Fryer or Oven)
Ingredients:
- Short ribs, separated individually (butcher-cut preferred; deli ribs work too)
- Olive oil
- Meat Church Honey Bacon seasoning
- Optional: Blues Hog Champion Blend BBQ sauce
Prep the Ribs
Place the individual short ribs into a mixing bowl. Lightly coat with olive oil and toss to distribute evenly. Generously shake Meat Church Honey Bacon seasoning over the ribs. Toss repeatedly until all sides are fully coated.
Air Fryer Method (Recommended)
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place ribs in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 20 minutes, tossing or shaking often to ensure even browning. Remove when ribs are crispy and golden.
Oven Method (Air-Fry or Convection)
Preheat oven to 400°F on air fry or convection bake. Spread ribs evenly on a cookie sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Remove when crispy and golden.
Optional: Sauced Version
Once ribs are fully cooked, toss them in Blues Hog Champion Blend BBQ Sauce. Return ribs to the air fryer or oven for an additional 5 minutes to set the glaze.
20-Minute Air Fryer Salmon Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- Heath Riles Garlic Butter seasoning
- Ranch dressing (for serving)
Prep the Salmon
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Carefully pour the boiling water over the skin side of the salmon fillet—this loosens the skin so it can be peeled off easily. Remove and discard the skin.
Cut into Bites
Slice the salmon into bite-sized cubes.
Season
Place the salmon bites in a mixing bowl. Toss lightly with olive oil, then sprinkle generously with Heath Riles Garlic Butter seasoning. Mix until evenly coated.
Preheat the Air Fryer
Set your air fryer to 400°F.
Cook
Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 20 minutes, tossing or shaking the basket halfway through (around the 10-minute mark) for even cooking.
Serve
Transfer the salmon bites to a plate and serve with ranch dressing.
20-Minute Air Fryer Garlic Butter Wings
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs bone-in separated chicken wings
- 2–3 tbsp real mayonnaise
- Suckle Busters Chicken Wing BBQ Seasoning (liberal amount)
- Small brick of garlic butter
- Fresh Parmesan cheese (for finishing)
Prep the Wings
Lay the wings out on a cookie sheet and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towel. Let the wings sit uncovered for 20 minutes to help achieve crispy skin.
Seasoning Mix
Place wings into a large ziplock bag. Add 2–3 tbsp mayonnaise and a generous amount of Suckle Busters Chicken Wing BBQ Seasoning. Massage until fully mixed. Remove wings from the bag, leaving excess mayo behind.
Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Cook the wings for 20 minutes, tossing as needed for even browning.
Garlic Butter Finish
Melt a small brick of garlic butter in a bowl. Transfer cooked wings to a serving dish. Drizzle with the melted garlic butter. Grate fresh Parmesan cheese over top.
